Foster Homes Not sure you are ready to make a lifetime commitment to a pet? Try Fostering! Our foster homes provide care and housing for animals in the Yolo County community on a short-term basis. They serve as temporary guardians for homeless animals awaiting adoption into permanent, loving homes. We provide supplies and vet care. Foster parents provide time, energy, some transportation and love!
