Sponsor a Spay or Neuter

Every year, tens of thousands of animals are euthanized in shelters across the country. One female, giving birth to 4 babies per year (two of whom are female, and have 4 babies per year, etc.), will have produced over 4000 offspring in 7 years!

Our Goal
One of the most important goals of the Yolo County SPCA is to drastically reduce the number of unwanted animals in this country. The primary way in which we help is through our low-cost spay/neuter program. We offer competitive rates for these procedures, as well as financial assistance. Occasionally, however, people just cannot afford the surgery.

You Can Help Us Provide Free and/or Reduced-Cost "SPEUTER's" (Spay/Neuter).

Simply SPONSOR A SPEUTER in one of these ways:

It's FREE to donate a

once every day!

  • You can sponsor an unlimited "SPEUTER" that will be used for any animals who need it. These make great gifts for your animal-loving friends and relatives.
  • You can sponsor a "SPEUTER" for a specific person's pet.
A donation of only $25.00 will spay a cat and $50.00 will spay a dog. However, every penny counts!
