Walk-a-thon Registration Options and Pet Walk Guidelines

After April 19th Registration is $20 per person.

Online Registration is now closed, but you can still register at our thrift shop.

OR

Mail the registration form to us
Obtain a form at one of our events or download and mail it to us by April 19th at:

Register at the Walk-a-thon event. Please come a early and look for our registration table.

Donate a gift or pledge to a particular Walk-a-thon team
Download a pledge form with the waiver statement.
*You can also fill out the waiver statement at the event.

Pet Walk Guidelines

Pets must be on a leash or othewise restrained or contained at all times. NO flex leads please. Also, please have ID tags on your pet.
Pets must be up to date on all vaccinations.
Pets in heat will be turned away.
Trash receptacles will be available on the grounds. Please clean up after your pet!
We reserve the right to turn away pets that are a threat to other participants.
