Piper

Hi, We adopted Piper on Dec. 27, 2006. She is adapting well to her new home and our other pets. At first there were some dog fights but things seem to be settling down now.

We have started taking her to agility lessons, just for fun - not competition, and a dog socialization group, since she seems to have some problems with some larger dogs. We are also looking into lure racing with the Central Valley Rat Terrier group. We went to watch the races last Saturday and their dogs all seemed very enthusiastic about it.

Piper

She has bonded completely with my husband, she accepts me without problem, offering kisses when I return home after work.

Piper does very well when we take her to the small dog side of the dog park and has begun initiating play with some of the regulars. She is very playful but can also be a couch potato and loves to snuggle with my husband and myself. We are very happy with her and so thankful that she is ours.
