Animal Surrender

If you must surrender your pet immediately, please contact the Yolo County Animal Shelter at 530-668-5287. There is a night drop area for animal surrenders after hours. The Yolo County Animal Shelter is located at 41831 Gibson Road, Woodland, CA.

You may also call the Yolo County SPCA office (located at the Yolo County Animal Shelter) at 530-758-7722 for specific guidance. The Yolo County SPCA office also takes care of the lost and found animal reports.

We cannot accept pet surrenders at the shot clinic or placement centers.
